How long before I see results?
It depends on the condition. Acne Pill and Eczema Pill work within an initial 2-to-4-week daily use course — with Acne Pill most people first notice less oiliness, then less redness, then fewer pimples. Psoriasis takes longer: 85% of patients in our clinical work saw results in eight to twelve weeks. These formulas work on causes rather than symptoms, so they take longer than a surface treatment — and they hold better once they work. Keep taking them to help prevent recurrences.
Are your products steroid-free?
Yes. There are no steroids in any Loma Lux formula, and no benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or antibiotics either. Many of our customers come to us after being told to limit how long they can use a topical steroid.
Can children use Loma Lux products?
Yes. Our products are suitable for children and adults — the Eczema Pill is berry flavored specifically so that children weighing 25 lbs. and up will take it. As with any medication, check with your child's doctor first.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to ship every order by the next business day (no weekend or holiday shipping). If you order on a Monday, your order will ship by the next day. If you order on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day guarantee return window. If you need to return an item, please ship it back to us — an empty bottle is okay to return. Once we receive it, we process a return credit within 5 business days.
