How long do I leave one on?
Six to eight hours is enough for the patch to draw out pus and oil — most people wear one overnight and take it off in the morning.
Will people see it?
They are medical-grade hydrocolloid and sit almost flat against the skin. Plenty of customers wear them to work; the smaller of the two sizes is the discreet one.
Do they work on cystic acne?
They work best on a blemish that has come to a head. For deep cystic breakouts, pair them with Acne Pill, which works on the causes underneath the skin.
Can I wear makeup over one?
Yes, though the patch works best on clean skin with nothing sealed underneath it.

I swear by these pimple patches, they suck the gunk out of my pores overnight. Leaving the patches overnight is like doing an science experiment, either you will be satisfied or not - there is no in between. Also there are enough patches as compared to other brands in different sizes.
Love these little pimple patches from Loma Lux! I've tried several other brands and have tended to get some irrigation from the adhesives. I have sensitive skin. These patches did not cause any irritation at all and the adhesive was mild so easy and painless to remove.These are hydrocolloid patches, and I wore them overnight for some little whiteheads on my chin and shoulders. While they didn't clear the blemishes entirely (nothing will except time and healing), they definitely reduced the inflammation and made the area less red and swollen. This can help speed up the healing time your body needs to clear the clogged pore.
These patches are thicker than my usual brand and didn't stick quite well, either. However, they worked well enough and didn't irritate my skin.
I like these a lot. They adhere to my skin quite nicely and for the amount of time I need. They don't slide around or peel off. I really love the quality of them as well.
I like the assortment of different sizes that come in these pimple patches. They do come securely sealed. The patches are easy to use and will stay put. I’d say they feel about like a medium thickness compared to other patches I’ve used. They are great to have around for acne or any other small injuries that need protection.
