I expected little. And now I’m blown away??I figured this would likely just be a nice skin softener treatment for more reddened patches. And if it helps them fade, it’d take the whole pack before noticing.I wore them for one night, and noticed a huge difference. The red spots I treated were significantly faded. And on taking them off, it felt and looked like it had practically sucked out the crud in my skin. Leaving it soft and lavished!Comes with 30 of these transparent sticker square adhesives, about 1” x 1”. Minimal packaging which is always preferred, little cardboard case with the sheets inside.This would do wonders for someone with blemished skin and acne.

Before purchasing this or any supplement product, I researched the ingredients and their benefits to see if this is something I want.Because this product is not ingested, the labeling requirements are vastly different from pill or liquid supplements. These ingredients are known to be anti-inflammatory when ingested. This is my first sojourn with topical use.I have used these only sporadically, when I have a "flare up". Sometimes I feel like they are helping. Other times I get chilled. I will continue to use them, but have not reached a final conclusion about if I will purchase them again

They are especially helpful for those that have issues swallowing large supplement pills.This box includes 30 small skin patches that you peel and place on affected areas of eczema or skin redness/irritation. These patches include the turmeric, curcumin plus 9 botanicals with antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties to soothe the skin and help relieve the redness and irritation.I had no issues applying the patch to a place on my arm that always flares with eczema. I used a new patch each day for a week and I did see less redness and I did find that the area itched less. I had no issues with the patch staying in place. I did sleep with it on and had no issues with it disturbing my sleep or falling off. It was not sticky or irritating and I literally forgot it was there. The quality seems excellent.There are several good points to these patches. They are convenient, mess free, easier than pills, safe for all ages, cost effective and they work.

I'm using these for overall inflammation reduction. As my title says, it's hard to objectively say how well these work. There is a fair body of evidence that says curcumin is a valid anti-inflammatory, so they probably do the trick. Hard to quantify, though. For those with eczema it would probably be easier to tell how well these work.I'm just happy not to swallow more pills for a while. I'm not sure if I'd buy these again, though. They're pretty pricey for only a 30 day supply.

The package includes 30 patches and the package is so small, we at first thought it was empty. But all the patches were there inside the small envelope they were shipped in. Being small is a good thing as that means the patch is not some bulky or ugly square stuck to your skin! The patches are very, very easy to apply and it stayed stuck to the skin for over eight hours, as recommended.As for the effectiveness, it's too early to tell. But a few observations are in order: First, the patches are small, clear and not really noticeable, even on exposed skin. Second, I experienced no negative effects of wearing the patch for more that eight hours. Third, about 10 minutes after applying the patch to my back before bed, I thought I noticed a slight flushing on my forehead. But it amounted to nothing and lasted less than a minute. It may not have been anything more than imagination, but I thought I'd mention it! As with any supplement, it is best that you consult your doctor first to be sure you don't interfere with other medications or with your overall health. Fourth, After eight hours plus of wearing the patch, I removed it easily and without issue. My skin under the patch was very slightly red, so that shows the patch was doing something.I will continue to use the patches and update here if it is warranted. At the start, I would cautiously recommend these patches as a remedy for sensitive, itchy skin.

I have been really pleased with these turmeric patches. They do not upset my very sensitive skin, they stick well but are easy to remove and do not leave any residue, redness, or tackiness. I think they are a great value, because 30 of them come in a very thin package and I find them to be effective.The patches are clear and are thinner than other similar patches that I have tried, which I really like. They are not obvious under shirts - I generally wear them on my upper bicep/ shoulder. I plan to purchase more when I run out, because I much prefer these to turmeric pills.

I am always looking at ways to help decrease inflammation and feel better in my daily life. I can't be for sure, but I do believe these have made a difference. Here are the pros and cons.Pros:- They are small and clear. People wouldn't necessarily notice it unless they are looking a long time at that part of your body.- You are supposed to switch where you put it every time and wear it daily for 8 hours. I found it didn't bother me to wear it daily, but I definitely disliked my forearm the most just because it moves a lot and sometimes just felt weird. But not a big deal.- I have sensitive skin and didn't notice any adverse effects, but you should always look out for them. It seems like high quality products are used.- It is an easy sticker to stick on and stays on well.- It is hard to pinpoint what makes a difference in health and wellness, but I did feel more calm and like my skin overall looked better. This could be placebo or something else, but I will continue giving it a chance.Cons:- None so far. Seems to work.I would recommend this product so far. It is a good value for the money and I think it works well.

Both myself and my pre-teen daughter have tried these and they seem to work well. For me, I suffer from seasonal redness on my face - could be due to the dry air, but these did seem to help. My daughter is very fair-skinned and has strawberry blonde hair, so she is super prone to skin sensitivity. These also appeared to reduce her redness and it’s an added plus that they will help prevent the teenage acne that I know is coming. Hopefully these will keep it at bay! I put mine in my forearm and it stuck well all night - a bit loose at the corners in the morning (see pic) but still stayed on well. We will be buying more - good value for the number of patches provided in the package.

But the ingredients are desirable no matter how they are delivered.The patches are square, a bit bigger than an inch, and translucent. Sadly, even when applied to the inside forearm, they don't adhere very well, quickly loosening at the edges. But they tend to stay put as long as they don't get wet and you don't sweat.You get 5 sheets, 6 patches to a sheet, so there's a 30 day supply. My package showed manufacture on Aug. 30, 2025, with expiration 2 years later, which is great. The patches are made in China. Since supplements are not regulated in the US, I typically prefer homegrown items.Do they work? Hard to tell. I personally will stick with capsules.

I did need to reposition one once and did impact its adhesive, it stayed on closer to 6 hours and was starting to pull up around the edges. My recommendation would be make sure you know exactly where it's going to land. Try not to touch it too much with your fingers and once it's down, leave it.

I liked these patches, first of all they do stick for the full 8 hours that is amazing as I hardly ever get patches to stick for more that a hour or so. It was simple to apply, and as far as I can tell no adverse reaction, it just worked (and didn't leave that spot all red as splotchy afterward) the fact it is all natural is nice too. I like the price as it is very affordable for a thirty day supply. It did easy a flare up I had recently. I really like these.
