• We simply ask that you take document the product(s) daily intake for 60–90 days to get optimal results by working internally to relieve your skin condition symptoms, by helping to gently stimulate your body’s own recovery response.
• Should you wish to return an item, simply call toll free 800.316.9636 between our normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST to get a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
• Product returns must contain the used product and the original sales receipt.
• We will refund the entire purchase price of the order less shipping. There are no hidden fees or re-stocking fees.

Refunds are usually finalized within 5–10 business days of having received your return in our warehouse. We can only issue refunds that are accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. We can only issue refunds for product in its original packaging that is returned empty or opened. A single product can only be returned once per person, per household. Re-ordering a product, after stating that it was unsatisfactory, and then attempting to return the product a second, following times, will not be honored. This policy enables us to prevent fraudulent returns. Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued, your return package must be postmarked within 5 business days, to ensure that the items are returned promptly.
