While it is always important to eat a healthy diet for both skin and general health, even though there is no sufficient scientific evidence available, many psoriasis sufferers believe that certain foods can trigger their psoriasis flares.
To help you better take control of your psoriasis, Loma Lux Laboratories has developed a exclusive Psoriasis Triggers checklist. Just keep tabs of what triggers your flare-ups and then change your lifestyle to better manage your psoriasis.
